Sauvignon Blanc + Ahi Bowl

Ingredients
- 1lb ahi tuna, cubed
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tsp sesame oil
 - 3 cups cooked white rice
 - 1/2 cucumber, sliced
 - 1 cup arugula
 - Avocado, sliced
 - Radishes, thinly sliced
 - Sesame seeds
 
For the spicy mayo
- 2 tbsp sriracha
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/2 lime, juiced
 
Instructions
- Toss cubed ahi tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil and let sit for 5 minutes.
 - In a bowl, whisk together sriracha, mayonnaise, and lime juice.
 - Build your bowl: white rice, topped with arugula, cucumber, sliced radishes, sliced avocado, soy marinated tuna, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds.
