Sauvignon Blanc + Ahi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1lb ahi tuna, cubed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Radishes, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds

For the spicy mayo

  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Toss cubed ahi tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sriracha, mayonnaise, and lime juice.
  3. Build your bowl: white rice, topped with arugula, cucumber, sliced radishes, sliced avocado, soy marinated tuna, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds.
